Across our city, there are real needs. And across our churches, there are people who genuinely want to help. Maybe that is you. Many are willing, but few are aware. Deeds exists to bridge that gap.

Deeds is a volunteer site that connects you to frontline opportunities to serve. It helps you see the needs of our city clearly and shows simple, practical ways you can step in. With just a few hours a month, you can change a life. You do not need to start a charity. You do not need to quit your job. You simply need to say yes. A few hours serving a meal. Mentoring a young person. Supporting a family. Helping behind the scenes. Small acts. Real impact.

Often, volunteering opportunities are shared within small circles. If you are not in the right room or on the right mailing list, you may never hear about them. Deeds brings these opportunities into one place, helping you find something that fits your time, your skills, and your heart. There is a place for you.

For years, through the Arise movement, Christians across Sheffield have been praying for our city—praying for transformation, for workers, and for love in action. You may be the answer to one of those prayers. Deeds exists to help you turn willingness into action, to help you see what God is already doing, and to help you step into it. With a few hours a month, you can change a life.
